Dell Command Update settings Greyed out
Dell Command Update version 4.7.0, the option to disable notification is greyed out. I'm trying to deploy the program to all systems in my enterprise with notifications suppressed. I was hoping to check the box and export the XML to all systems. The REGEDIT listed here does not work https://www.dell.com/community/Windows-10/Dell-Command-Update-3-1-2-disable-all-notifications/m-p/7645697#M15600

I encountered the same problem.
Run Dell Command as an administrator. This should prompt for admin credentials and that will prompt you to decide if you want to check for updates automatically or manually.
I ran into this same problem with a domain joined machine updating to 4.6.0 from 4.4.

I have actually had success with this:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DELL\UpdateService\Service\UpdateScheduler]
"CurrentUpdateState"="Scan"
