dell data manager memory and cpu usage
i have inspiron 5406 2n1. for the last week "dell data manager", "dell analytics", and "dell instrumentation" are going crazy with memory (up tp 9GB) and cpu (up to 70%) usage, which is causing computer to be slower and freezing.
the local dell support and the global dell support chat could not help me solve the issue, even format for the laptop with erasing everything did not solve it.
any idea what i can do ?

@JuanO ES thank you i will leave this as the last option, for now dell tech still trying to solve it.
