Dell G3 15 Heat issues

Whenever I play low spec games casually or even just watch videos at high quality, my PC goes under a lot of stress and i'm not really sure why. It should definitely be able to handle it but it seems like its being pushed to the limits. The heat is definitely an issue, the device gets incredibly hot and it doesn't feel normal.

What are the recommended solutions? I'll admit there are lots of drivers I have to install, but none seem too vital to solve this issue. I feel like something is bottlenecking the performance of the laptop in general and I haven't been able to find out the cause.

This is normal for the thermal to go high when running a stress test. The thermal should not remain constantly at the same temperature (high) when running normal applications (not gaming).

You can check the thermal events in BIOS to see if there are any thermal issues with the system.
