Dell G3 15 Problem with High Latency

I'm facing a serious problem with cuts in audio and with Hi Latency also in my new Dell G3 i7 laptop which is cofigured only for djing.

I have made the following steps as described below

And I have already made some tests using the free tool LatencyMon

Any positive comment with the posible solution will be helpfull.
