I do all of this. When cpu is dead laptop can flashed this post code(2red 3white)?

• Turn off your laptop & disconnect the AC adapter (if connected)
• Remove the base cover.
• Disconnect and remove  the battery.
• Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain flea power.
• Check the ram sticks are properly seated in the slots.
• Replace the battery.
• Replace the base cover.
• Turn on your laptop

2,3 pattern means "no memory or RAM (Random-Access Memory) detected" it is only strange you say it is flashing in 2 red 3 white normally the diagnostic led only uses 2 colors amber and white.

What ram did you installed ? it should be DDR4 2933 mhz sodimm maximum 16GB.

8GB 3200 is nominally installed. The problem started after installing BIOS version 1.19. I installed a new 16GB 3200. The laptop turned on with it 5 times and again this problem.

Can you run the diagnostics ? with the laptop powered off hold down fn and press the power button the memory tests can take quite a while .

Nothing happend. 2 orange and 3 white post only

still not working after you tryed the things in the video ? your ram sockets are bad only solution to that is to replace the system board.
