Dell G3 3579 Battery Replacement

Hi,

I have purchased my Dell G3 3579 laptop a couple of years ago in the US, and now the battery seems to be discharging very quickly, like it is barely able to even hold onto full charge for even an hour. I want to replace the battery, but cant seem to find the particular model. Has the battery been discontinued?

If yes, what is my alternative?

So the Spec for this battery says its 15.2V, while the Dell documentation for G3 3579 says its 11.4V, would that still work?
