Dell G3 3579 Low GPU usage
Hello,
So I have had bad port issues with my motherboard and had an overheating problem, for which I have had my laptop serviced last month where they replaced the motherboard and the fans. Ever since then I am still facing this issue of very low GPU usage while gaming. Normally before the games, I got around 100 fps on the lowest for which now I am getting around 40 fps. My GPU utilization rarely goes above 50% now. I have tried contacting support through the support assist app and they haven't been much help. I have tried all their solutions including bios update, drivers update, windows update, ran diagnostics, changed bios settings, freshly installed windows, changed game settings, optimized using Nvidia GeForce, and even sent them logs using hwinfo. I haven't had this problem before the service and ever since then, my laptop GPU performance has been low.

I have received a reply from the Dell support assist team telling me that the there is no thermal overheating and there's only normal throttling after informing them that my main problem is with the low GPU usage which is running games that didn't occur they are telling me that "it is normal and there is no issue with that. It depends on the usage of the system and application. Please do not worry about that"
