Dell g3 3590 screen refresh rate issue
My dell g3 3590 was recently services by Dell due to broken hinges where they replaced the entire hinge, screen ,hud.
But after the replacement the screen is unable to run at 144hz and is stuck at 60hz and brighness is not even close to 300 nits.
The engineer says he installed a 144hz/300nits display but the screen is clearly not the same.

You shall do a Hardware Scan. Restart your PC, then when the logo Dell appears, press the F12 key and select the Hardware Scan option. Or run a Built-In-Self-Test
To run the Built-In Self-Test perform the following:
Turn the computer off.
Press and hold the D key while pressing the power button. This will start the BIST.
The screen will display multiple flashing colors. Look for lines, distortion, flickering, or any other video issues you have observed.
The laptop will restart when the test is finished.
Also, connect an external monitor to your laptop and check if the external display also flickers.

The screen still runs at 60hz and lower brightness.
