Dell G5 5590 BIOS Update
The laptop is new, but Windows 10 forced me to download a new BIOS update and I can't stop it from updating. Is this update harmful and what do I do to return the device as it was

That was not a Windows 10 forced update but rather a Dell Support Assist update. If the BIOS updated successfully then no harm no foul. I would not worry about it unless you are having problems after the update. But if you wish to stop forced updates then read the moderator posts here and here.

Thanks, now my bios version is 1.9 is it good? or send labtop to maintenance to restore bios version what's your opinion
