Dell G7 7500 from 2020

I use a G7 laptop for my work. I need a laptop that powerful as I am an architect. I fly all over the country every week and I cannot get any work done on planes because my adapter is a 240watt and I can't find an external battery bank that will power it either. The work i do gives me about 45 minutes to an hour of battery life and the fans are screaming when I am rendering. I am loosing a lot of productivity when I spend 12-16 hours in the air over three days and I cannot get any work done. Please help!

You are not going to find a system capable of heavy duty workloads that's also battery and power efficient.  With the present system, you may be able to improve battery runtimes by disabling the discrete GPU (which is the biggest consumer of power in the system), but that's it where this system is concerned.

Every other system capable of doing this level of work will have the same issue.  And while Thunderbolt 5 is coming (which increases the power delivery to 240W), even that may not prove a panacea.

You may want to consider a remotely accessible desktop workstation that you can offload the heavy work to, and access it for the input and output through a more modest notebook that can run longer on battery or be powered by an aircraft's power supply.

You will need to compromise somewhere.
