Dell Inprison 7577 Audio Problem

I've been using the Dell 7775 computer for about 4 years. There is realtek hd audio manager panel for the first 2 years, but not for the last 2 years. It almost didn't work in almost 100 close purpose downloading realtek versions and all. They have been searching for months, the right realtek is not in the facility. Thank you to my help team, I haven't been able to use the computer program for months. Problems;

It doesn't detect the microphone of my single jack input headphone and my single jack output headphone with microphone.

It's not detected until you buy the headset and redesign it.

There is no realtek hd audio admin panel.

I can't play Waves maxxaudio, it's either too bass or too high.
