Dell Inspiron LAG

Hello guys,

I have an issue that I'd like to share with you, and maybe get your opinion about it.

I own an Inspiron 3576, which faces the following problem the last 2 months.

Some random moments, I get a small lag.

I think that it's on the entire laptop functionality, but I mostly understand it when I hear a song or watch a video.

The strangest thing, is that I sent the laptop to Dell for fix (on warranty).
In almost one day, they called me to tell that is fixed, and they had changed the Motherboard.

I got the laptop back, BUT again the same problem.

I'm really quite furious because it's like they didn't even check the device properly.

Apart from that, do you have any opinion about the problem?

Because, of course and I will communicate with them again.
