Dell loading screen
Hello,
I am having trouble with my Inspirion 14 7000. I tried to reset it and start fresh, something happened over night. It was taking 4 days to reset. Now it is stuck at the black dell loading screen and will not load. The pre-boot system performance check did not find any issues.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Please run the diagnostic tool to check the hardware on system by following steps below:
1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals (except AC adapter)
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping the F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In Pre- boot menu, select diagnostic. After quick tests finished, select Hard drive and Thorough Test Mode. Report back any error code.
