dell m4500 precision upgrade bios
hi, I have an dell m4500 with bios a8 2010, I would like to go to a16 2018. I have windows 10 and when I start the installation of the bios I get this message: this is not appropriate for the system ...Why ? tnk all

It included this--
1. Please note that if the A01 BIOS is currently installed on your system, you must
apply the P02 patch (M4500P02.EXE) before upgrading to this BIOS.

2. Please note that if the BIOS version installed in your system is A07 or a version prior to that, you must update to BIOS version A08 before updating the BIOS.
