Dell PRECISION 7520 - Fan Control

Question

Hi,

I have a Dell PRECISION 7520.

Some time ago the cooling fans started pulsing for some short periodes (10-20 sec.). Maybe once a week.

This has been getting worse and worse, and now it pulses 10-60 sec and have a break for 2 minutes, and it starts again. Again and again.

Is there any possebilities for adjusting the fan, or temp setting?

Or is this a issue related to dust in the ventilation channels?

Needs to be opened and cleaned?

Any good suggestions here? (soon going crazy because of the noice

HI   kindly restart pc and run dell diagnostics to check hardware   you may want to review the background apps runnning in the background that is hogging cpu    do acccept kudos and acceptance if okay

Firstly thanks to Dell for a response. Not what we expect.

This is caused by one of the fans not working. Diagnostics will tell you which fan. Most likely needs the dust removing so that it can turn.

I had this problem. I had to open the computer up and clear the fans. A blow through from the outside is not good enough
