Dell Wireless Mouse-WM326

Dear Sir,
I purchased a Dell Wireless Mouse-WM326 for my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series laptop about July 9, 2019. Lately it has been clicking twice I think without my control. Can that be fixed ? Is that normal service life, it seems very short ? Thank you.

Seems like an obvious recommendation however first i'd suggest to change the batteries in the mouse and see if this resolves the issue.
You can also try plugging the USB dongle into a USB port which is closer to the mouse.
Ensure that you are not using the mouse on a shiny surface that dont work well with optical mice.
Other things to try would be to clean the optical section on the bottom of the mouse to ensure there is no dust and then update the drivers for the mouse on windows itself)
