Does Dell G15 comes with XMP support
Brought Dell G15 these are the specs

It does not support XMP.
That RAM latency is too low. If you install it, your system will not boot.

Crucial says you may use up to 64 GB (two x 32 GB) of DDR4-3200 RAM. Here are RAM modules that Crucial guarantees to be compatible with your system or they will accept a return and refund your money.
Ideally, you should install a matched pair of two identical RAM modules. Usually you would buy a matched pair as a "kit", a matched set, so they are guaranteed to be identical.
If you currently have only a single RAM module, it may be possible to add a second module. But, try to match the specs exactly, because sometimes mismatched pairs, even if they have the same specs, won't play well together.
Whenever touching components or working inside a computer, wear a grounded wrist strap, also called anti-static wrist strap, ESD wrist strap, or ground bracelet. It's a cheap and sensible precaution. Rest the laptop on an anti-static mat or at least a reasonable alternative such as corrugated cardboard. (Repeatedly touching a metal case part is not sufficient mitigation with modern components.)
