Error code 2000-0142 Inspiron 3520

I understand this means my hard drive has failed but I have no idea where to find one, how to install it, or basically anymore information then what I have here. Please help

Thanks for posting.  Apologies your system isn't performing as expected.

Hard drives can be purchased from a variety of places.  Some are:

Dell Spare Parts, Parts-People.com, or Discount Electronics.

If you have valuable data on the drive you'll need to use another computer to make a Linux Live Bootable USB and attempt Data Recovery. See here for more details:

Once this is done you need to purchase a new drive. A SSD is recommended as it'll substantially boost your system's performance. Vendors such as Crucial list compatible upgrades for the Inspiron 3520:

The Dell User Manual instructs on physically replacing the drive:

Once the SSD is installed you'll need to create Windows 10 Installation Media using another computer and the use this to clean install Windows 10 on your new SSD. See here for details:
