error code 2000-0151 validation code: 79184

Hi guys, during a driver testing on DELL's web the laptop suddenly restarted and a dead screen had shown up, there was this message: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and we'll restart for you" then the diagnostics center opened up and showed me this message

Error Code 2000-0151

Validation 125078

Msg: hard drive 0 - S/N BTLT703101 V8256HGN, incorrect status = 3E

At one of the times I restarted by my self, the desktop didn't come up and the message "Hard drive driver is not installed" 

Laptop model: Inspiron 15 5567, bought it less than a year.

If someone can help to diagnose

The hard drive has failed.  Since the system is under warranty, contact Dell with the error and validation code and they'll replace the drive.

Is there an option to back up my data or it is probably lost?

If the drive is not recognized, it may be possible to recover the data - but you'll need data recovery to do it, and that's not inexpensive.  Figure on $600 to start -- Gillware is a very reputable, reasonably-priced service.
