It is very, very sad that after the end of the guarantee I can not get qualified help with Dell products. I am willing to pay, but no one can solve my problem. This is very sad and does not lead to the desire to buy Dell products or recommend it to friends.

I gave the laptop to a service center. They performed diagnostics and found that hardware it is fully operational. I asked them to help with the drivers. I'm still waiting.
