sign off my C:\ drive?.

Depends on why it’s there and where you’re seeing it. If you’re just seeing it in regular Windows Explorer, it might mean BitLocker is suspended. That can happen if you just ran updates that include a BIOS update, but it will go away after you restart to allow the BIOS update to occur, since BitLocker only gets suspended for a single restart.
