Exiting PXE ROM

If the hard drive never been replace then I suspect computer is experiencing a hard drive issue. Please check if the Hard drive is detected or recognize in the BIOS. Also, if you haven't run Dell Off Line Diagnostic to check the Hard drive and the other hardware with the computer then I suggest you do so by following steps below:

1. Power off system

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu in top corner of screen. In Dell Preboot menu, select Diagnostic. After quick tests, select Hard drive and then Thorough Test Mode. Report back any error code.

@Akash7511  Windows can be installed onto a hard drive in either Legacy BIOS mode or UEFI mode.  If you installed Windows in UEFI mode, then if you later switch your system to Legacy, it won't be able to boot from that UEFI installation.  You'd have to reinstall Windows in Legacy mode at that point if you really wanted to use that instead (although I don't recommend that).  Convesely, if you installed Windows in Legacy mode and then switched your system to UEFI mode, your system wouldn't boot that Legacy installation anymore either unless you specifically kept "Legacy Option ROMs" enabled when you switched to UEFI mode.

The reason you're ending up seeing a PXE boot screen is because your system already tried to boot from other options in your boot list and failed, so it proceeded to try PXE/network booting.  Again, if you switch your boot mode to the version that your existing Windows installation isn't set up to use, then that would be expected because a system running in Legacy mode would not be able to boot a UEFI Windows installation, so it would fall down to network booting.

Seeing spinning circles underneath a Dell logo is normal behavior on Dell systems when booting in UEFI mode, so that isn't a problem.  For a moment I thought that you might have meant that those spinning circles were spinning forever without Windows ever completely loading, but you said the system is "starting well and smoothly without giving any kind of issue or error msg".  So what is the problem?  Do you just not like seeing spinning dots under a Dell logo?  If that's your only complaint, I don't know of a way to fix that when booting in UEFI mode.  Legacy boot might behave differently, but I don't recommend using that on a system that is capable of UEFI booting.

My tips is you do convert disk format for "Master Boot Record"-MBR a time that did you this your windows goes gave boot "Mode Legacy".The always make files for boot in Dual-Mode on the "partition settings boot",is sample and easy ,use a tools for example: "Partition Tools" .

I'm looking forward to the solution. Please post.....
