Facing issue with battery backup N5010
Hi ,I have recently purchased Dell battery 4yrjh for my Inspiron n5010 whereas after full charge it give only 1.5hrs backup.kindly suggest what should I do

Contact the seller of the battery for assistance. It's either a third party battery or it's very old stock -- this system is ten years old, and Dell generally doesn't produce batteries beyond the four year mark, so if the battery is an OEM Dell, it's about six years old, or as before - it's third party.
