Download the latest ISO using the tool, and then install it. All major Windows 11 updates work the same way - they move your data and settings, install a new copy and migrate your settings back.
I know that is the ultimate 'fix' but we have two computers with 23H2 and one with 24H2 and the work and time is a bit put offing. I was/am hoping there is a less stressful fix.
Thanks for the MS Media Creation tool...it seemed like that was the solution for an upgrade from 23H2 to 25H2, however when I ran it three times it seemed to 'see' I had Windows 11 already and did not upgrade to 25H2.

23H2 has been end of life since November 2025 -- you may need to update manually to the latest version.
You can use the MS Media Creation tool to do that job (back up the system first!).

Re: Numerous attempts since June 10 and it will not install.
I suggest to perform a clean install of Windows 11 25H2 using MS Creation Tool.

FWIW, we also have two with version 25H2.

@ejn63 Thanks...have tried all the shortcuts and twice almost crashed the machine. This seems to be the best fix.
