Frequent Blue Screens
Hello everyone, I bought a Dell Inspiron G5 5590 in October 2019, and there are constantly freezes that lead to the blue screen with the error "unexpected store exception", I've done several things that could fix this problem and still continues, it is worth mentioning that this error appears more often when I'm playing, but sometimes it also happened by doing other lighter work on the notebook.
One thing I notice is that whenever this blue screen happens my notebook is very hot on the right side, below the numeric keypad.
Taking a look at some things in the BIOS I found the logs and ended up finding these events, I will post the images here.
I really need help to solve this problem, it is becoming quite constant, if you need any more information that I can provide please let me know.

The images are showing fan malfunction and fans stop. Please check the air vents for dust buildup?

After, run Dell Preboot Diagnostic to check the fans and other hardware within the computer?
1. Power off system
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu in top right corner of screen. In Dell Preboot menu, select Diagnostic. After quick test, select Fan, and then click Thorough Test Mode. Report back any error code.

Also, after all tests, check System Health, Results and event log.

Any updates? You check the air vents for dust buildup ? You ran Dell Diagnostic to check the fans ? If yes, and there's an error code on the fans, contact Dell Technical Support for assistance in the link below:

Thank you very much for the reply! Well, I ran the Dell diagnostic tool and found no problem with the fans or anything else, I even did the cleaning, I removed the dust from the fans, my drivers are all up to date and I also did some things like uninstalling Anti-virus to test. Yesterday I had no problems with the Blue Screen, however while playing I monitored the temperature and realized that it reached 100 degrees Celcius.
These logs that appeared about the fans stopping, some of them I managed to discover that was when my notebook went into sleep mode.

@Debora Paiz
Your laptop is still under warranty, but take a few minutes to backup your files in the event you do reach the point of having to send your laptop in for repair.
