Frustrated Beyond Measure

Well, I guess DELL didn't like what I wrote here the first time because I received an "error message", but I'm going to try again.  I purchased an Inspiron in Feb. 2020 that turned out to be nothing but a lemon.  I contacted support within several weeks of purchase, they took over my laptop and told me everything was fixed...NOT!!!  I let it rock on and then took it to the tech where I purchased it.  He did his best to help but could only do so much.  I put up with things a little longer as they got worse and worse.  DELL then sent me numerous emails telling me my warranty was up...NOT!  I tried and tried contacting them for help but got no help at all, so finally after so much frustration I just gave up.  Recently went to look at new laptops but tech (after hearing my woes) told me I needed to contact DELL again because my warranty was definitely not up.  Still no help, but finally got through to someone on Friday.  After a very frustrating hour of being put on hold and transferred to one person after another I was told someone else would have to help and I would be called this morning at 10:00...NOT!  So I finally got through to someone at DELL only to be told they would have someone call me in 24 hours.  Well, guess what...on Friday they extended my warranty until today (since they had made a mistake in the first place) and I feel sure IF (big IF) they ever do call me they will say my warranty is up.  I had a DELL desktop that I loved but will not ever do business with DELL again if this is how customers are treated.  I will somehow come up with the money to buy a new laptop but it won't be a DELL...unless they make good on their warranty.
