G15 5510, F9 Game Shift key missing
Hi everyone! So I recently got myself a G15 5510 256 SSD laptop. The problem is, it did say it comes with a G key above F9 key, but mine is missing. Does this mean that I'm missing Game Shift feature?

It is a little confusing but there is no game shift key that is separate. The sales page shows that the F9 key is the game shift key and it is activated by pressing Fn and F9. Also this description explains the procedure:
Game Shift technology: Give yourself a turbo-boost of power when gaming gets critical with a simple press of a button. Game Shift is activated by pressing FN + the Game Shift key and triggers a dynamic performance mode within the Alienware Command Center by maximizing the fans' speed to keep your system cool while the processors work harder.
The G15 5510 specifications page shows that the G key is (optional) =

Hi! You have Game Shift feature even without G-key on F9! In order to work you have to install first the FULL Alienware Command Center Application and then Alienware OC Controls Application. Pressing F9 or FN+F9, depending on your BIOS settings, will launch G-mode!
