Dell knows about the major problems with this so-called high-end laptop I have had many issues when there tech's are saying there is nothing wrong 1st sent to Texas for repair remember there is nothing wrong this wasn't a repair replaced Motherboard, heat sink, 2 cooling fans only about 2 months after I purchased it, shut it down it really doesn't shut down when going to use next morning/after noon the battery pack is dead, had to have the SSD formatted new OS Install, Microsoft put out a bulletin about conflict loading 24H2 & some Nvidia drivers this unit was 1 has mini RTX 4070 there was another problem I currently don't remember  jumping to my XPS 8960 highly customized 1 year and 1 day after purchase my 14th gen turbo Intel processor had to be replaced this unit has the RTX 4070 standard size high speed ddr5 RAM
