G3 3579 Not booting
I have G 3 3579 laptop. I started having issues with it 2 months ago. On one fine day, my laptop was not able to boot, even after trying several times, sometimes the windows startup sound came but screen was black. I reinstalled windows. Then it worked fine for 2 months, but same problem occurred again. Now when I again reinstalled windows, it works fine for 15-20 minutes then the screen abruptly turns off and never starts again. I reinstalled windows 4-5 times and the same problem occurred each time.
I ran diagnostics test and startup repair, even then I was not able to start the laptop. When I ran hardware test, it basically passed all test during diagnostics check.
Please help me, my office work is getting delayed due to this.

When you run diagnostics do you see any problems with the adapter or battery? If possible try another adapter as yours may not be properly charging the battery. Also check the battery for any swelling. And after approximately 4 years your battery may need replacement.
You could try a reset though it may have negligible results. Disconnect the battery and the adapter then press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Now reconnect everything and try to boot again. Have you had any problems with the time and date or where the drive/s are not recognized? If so then replacing the CMOS battery with a brand new one may help.

Unplug the adapter, disconnect the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec.
Verify that the adapter LED is ON before you plug in the notebook. If it's not, replace it with a new one.
Leave the battery disconnected. Remove and reinstall both memory modules, and plug in the adapter. The LED should remain on. If it doesn't, there's a short circuit in the system (see below). Try powering up again. If it will, then reconnect the battery. If that causes a no-start, the battery is bad; replace it with a new one.

Hello,
Remove the ram sticks and reinstall them in this video you can see the procedure there is also a manual which helps you todo it you can find it here also if you are considering a ram upgrade i do not recommend corsair as that brand is a known source of issues with dell systems.
note:When working inside a computer you should wear an ESD wrist rap to protect yourself and the device .The persion in the video is not doing this bad idea.
