G7 7500 Suddenly Sleeping While In Use

My G7 7500 is suddenly going into sleep mode with a Critical Battery error for no reason, even while in use. The laptop is docked and plugged in, and the battery is never low. Despite this, after a recent update with SupportAssist the laptop will going into an emergency sleep mode due to an event related to a critical battery power state. This is extremely irritating as the event has been random with no indication ahead of time of the event. This is entirely new as of two days ago. See screen captures. Anyone else having this issue? Is there any way to get this issue corrected?

To disable automatic Sleep:
  1. Open up Power Options in the Control Panel. In Windows 10 you can get there from right clicking on the start menu and going to Power Options.
  2. Click change plan settings next to your current power plan.
  3. Change "Put the computer to sleep" to never.
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Or Follow the steps below.

Start- Settings- System-Power and Sleep- change the settings here to meet your profile you like. Then, click advanced power settings at the bottom and do the same for the categories on the left hand column. You can set to never have your system sleep.

Did you find the solution if not then do what I say because I found a solution for the laptop's random sleep while operating, the solution is simple just load your bios settings to BIOS default and it will work fine if you are also getting keyboard Windows key stop working then do the same for that because its a bios problem and it's a test and trial method.
