Game Lag and fps drops

Question

PLEASE!!! can anyone help me with my games lag and stuttering. I have Valorant game I have recommended requirements for the game and at the starting when I downloaded this game I used got good fps and no lag but now I don't even get 40 fps and the game stutters a lot. the same is Asassain Creed4: Black flag this game is so so old that I think I should be able to play it at the maximum graphics but NO!! I can't even at the lowest graphics it stutters a lot while running and something like that. My PC specs are:

Intel i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 1.38 GHz

8GB ram

intel iris Xe Graphics and Nvidia Geforce MX330

PLEASE HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Hello I also have the Laptop of exact same specs and I am also not able to run any games even at lowest setting. Not even CS:GO.

I know the processor i capable of running these games but I don't know why these are not running. Maybe the laptop has the problem.

Please do help someone.

I'm also having this problem.I disabled mx330 driver and played with Intel iris xe onboard gpu,after that games doesn't lags.

What helped me was the preinstalled 'Dell Power Manager' application. 'Thermal management' tab. My setting was 'Optimized' and apparently that is the problem, because about every minute for several seconds it tried to decrease heating/processing power which caused terrible slowdowns in 3D games. So, my solution is to set it to 'Ultra Performance' setting whenever I am about to play a 3D game
