Game Mode Won't Reset

I have a Dell G5 5500 Laptop which I bought few months ago.It worked perfectly for few weeks but I have reset my PC because I had some Performance issues with some games.i have re-installed the Alienware Command Center and the OC Controls. Now When I pressed the G Key It says "High Performance Mode Enabled" and I can hear the increase of the fan speed. But the real deal is whenever I press the G Key again the High Performance mode never resets.I still can hear the increased fan speed and nothing really change back I also have no High Performance Profiles in the Power Plan options and I only have the ''Balanced Mode"

I've tried creating a new Power Plan but there is no option to create a High Performance Plan

Try the method, I posted few days ago, which allows to turn the Game shift mode off and on with software.

Note that mine is a different model than yours.
