Graphics Card Gone Rogue :

Hi there ,

I own a dell 7567 with 24gb ram and has a GTX 1050 Ti . Its been 3 years since the purchase and i'm experiencing extreme lag in graphics performance . I use lot of rendering softwares and also play some heavy games sometimes . 

what i'm experiencing is that the graphic card works just fine when its connected to external monitor with the option (second screen only ) but the performance is almost half when its running normally on laptop. i started noticing this first in games.. when i used to play watch dogs 2 on laptop, it was unplayable but when connected to monitor with second screen only option it plays perfectly . 

I've uploaded 2 pics of Passmark 3D GPU Test result : the one with higher score is when its connected to external monitor and the latter is normally on the laptop screen.
