Hacked through SSD

First off I’m not a computer whiz but I’m also not completely ignorant. Over the last few months I’ve noticed that there’s been so much strange activity that I know my computer is hacked to the max  and not by amateurs I’m assuming. First thing I have two drives, is my C Dr. which is my my main drive and the other is a D that I never created and all of its contents are inaccessible. which is in accessible. So I undid the laptop To look at the insides for two reasons one because I have the charging port issue, I’m using a insignia charger universal charger and I’m getting that battery not there note.  spaceand I

Back to the matter at hand I had all this information of the hacking already in my head but when I undid the computer I saw something interesting it was a toshiba SSD card installed inside the SSD slot.  I didn’t put it there from what I see it doesn’t come stock and also when I was looking into the hack/strange activity on my some time ago I saw a Toshiba hard drive installed and didn’t really pay too much mind to it until now that I took a look underneath and saw that strange memory card.

So if anyone can help me hook up with a couple things first do I just remove it and restart the computer as normal without cause damage, And I’ll take just about any advice thanks whoever wants to take the time out
