Having white shadows on everything on LCD Display

Hello! I've a serious problem. I'm seeing white shadows on my display on everything from icons to wallpaper etc. I've changed the lcd cable many times but it's not working. I do Graphic Design so I need a clear display while doing my work but it's stopping me to do that. So is there any solution to this problem so I can have a clear display. Thanks
