What is the system model and the OS installed?  Have you ran the diagnostics and if so what were the results?

Any updates Mohd Mohammad? You were able to run Dell Off-Line Diagnostic to check the Hardware within the computer? 

1. Power off computer

2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Dell Preboot Menu. In the menu, select Diagnostic. Report back any error codes.
