hello
l new to dell have have the dell inspiron 3185 and have hdd 4gb of ram run win 10 1809 and have amd a9 AND r5 and l think l gonna upgarde it to hdd to sdd and use 12 gb of ram so what is best sdd and ram that can work on is laptop

There are two different versions of that model. Either will take only 8G RAM as one module so you'd have to replace the 4G with an 8G.
One version has eMMC storage that's not upgradeable - the other will take one 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD.
Either way you'd be better off replacing the system with one more capable than this one is.

hey when l run
wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity is give me MaxCapacity33554432 and for hdd is have a TOSHIBA MQ01ABF050

That means you can replace the drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.
No, the system will not take 32G RAM - it has one slot for either a 4 or 8G module.
