HELP - Inspiron 15 7559 stuck not responding with every program

Hello! I've using this computer for a long time, had worked perfectly to play Overwatch, recently I upgrade the RAM to 16 GB, but now there was an update of Windows 10, and now every time I want to use any app and change it, it get's a not responding for around 30 seconds - 1 min and then works fine. BUT THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN BEFORE. Is anyone in the same situation.
