I cannot reset my dell to factory settings [Help]
I have inspiron 3576. I have latest BIOS installed to my laptop. When I go to system's SupportAssist OS Recovery, On Reset option, I am unable to choose "Reset to Factory settings". Please help, I really want to restore my laptop to same dell factory just like when I first purchased my laptop. Please I desperately need to go back no matter what. How do I force a full dell factory rest?

Then you will have to do a clean installation of Windows 10 using a USB flash drive created using Media Creation Tool. Watch a Youtube video showing how.

I copied windows 10 installation from media creation tool, then I booted up using USB flaah, so now I'm at HDD partition. I can see OEM image, supportassist, and winretools partitions. Are these what will retrieve factory preinstalled programs to my system? I chose main HDD to clean install windows 10. Am I doing it right? Will I get same setup options as was preinstalled in my windows 10 setup from factory?
