I2C HID device not started, A request for the HID descriptor failed.

Hey, can anyone help me regarding to the problem of I2C HID Device not started error (code10). I had done all the possible thing, Driver update, BIOS update even while doing diagnostic test no hardware problem occurs, but the problem still there. Previously I'm able to use my touchpad gestures but after this error I can't only single tap and left-right click was done.

now what should I do.
