Infinity boot loop after update
I updated my dell because it was running slowly after update it asked to restart but it was stuck on dell logo. I searched for answers online but only f2 option works to restore settings but f12 nor f11 etc is working help me.

Unplug the system and remove (or disconnect if it's internal) the battery. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Then try powering up.

i some how managed to get this option now how should i continue after 100% complet by the way is said NO_BOOT before

No hardware or software issues were found so i backuped and restored my laptop by using cloud backup and restore but my files are not present how to restore my files plz urgent
