Inspirion 7501 Headset problem.

If I connect any headset, only the headphone works even if the pc recognize the microphone correctly.
If I try to do some test the Mic never catch any sound unless I connect the headset only with the Mic jack, in that case the Mic works but obviously the headphone do not.

To avoid useless answers that I already found online:
- I already set the headset option in Wave;
- I already check that the microphone have the right access;
- I already set the microphone of the headset as the default one;
- This problem is identical in both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20 (I have dual boot);
- The headset works perfectly in any other device (desktops, laptops and phones).

It seems almost a problem of the PC 3.5mm jack itself.
