Disable SA in startup, then it should only run when you manually start it..

You can disable this scan from BIOS (F2) > Supportassist system resolution.
However that is not your issue. the scan triggers when system either fails to boot to crashes.
I assume Your system is crashing in sleep and than the scan is getting triggered.
Can you disable sleep from start > settings > system > power > sleep and leave the machine for 1 or 2 hours. I am pretty sure if the machine doesn't go to sleep it won't crash

I did change the sleep settings.
You can disable this scan from BIOS (F2) > Supportassist system resolution but couldn't locate this option in bios.
