Inspiron 14 5485 SATA Controller Missing After Bios Update

Upon updating my bios in December of 2022, my AMD SATA Controller is no longer appearing in the device manager and I cannot get the system to recognize my SSD installed in the HD Bay. It was working prior to updating the bios. Several times, although not recently, after restarting the computer the SATA Controller has appeared in Device Manager but was in Power State D3, which I believe was preventing it from allowing the HD to connect. You can see in the attached image that no IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers are listed.

Running the troubleshooting boot assistant or any scans in Windows do not detect any system issues. Bios settings appear to have nothing that I can change that would ameliorate this issue and it states that no additional HD is detected.
