Inspiron 15 3567 touchpad problems

I have a new Inspiron 15 3567 and have had trouble with the touchpad since its purchase.  It has been in for service twice and still hasn't been fixed.  There are two problems.  The first has to do with sensitivity and trouble moving the mouse around.  Currently this is not as problematic as it was, but does cause some frustration occasionally.  The most frustrating problem has to do with left and right clicking on the pad.  Sometimes it works fine but often I have to click multiple times to get it to work.  It often thinks all clicks are right-clicks.

  As I mentioned, I've sent it for repairs (which take 10 or more days, even though the repair center is only about 20 miles away) and it still has the problem.  My warranty expires soon but based on previous experience on repairs, I'm not sure it is worth sending in again.  Although this is my fourth Dell, it may be my last one.
