Inspiron 17 3780 stopcode loop

My laptop is stuck in a stopcode restart loop. Error message on blue screen is WHEA INTERNAL ERROR. It enters dell support assist eventually and repairs. However it reverts to the blue screen on restart the same problem happened when trying to use safe mode via the winre screen. There are no problems with hardware and all my files are in various cloud storage. It is making working from home problematic. Is there a way to fix without having to do a factory reset?

Sarejac,

If the WHEA_INTERNAL_ERROR error is caused by a corrupt system file, the SFC scan will fix it.

Here's how to run SFC scanner on Windows 10:

Right-click the Start Menu button and open Command Prompt (Admin).
Enter the following line and press Enter: sf c / scannow

Please wait until the process has finished (it may take a while).
If the solution is found, it will be applied automatically.
Close the command prompt and restart your computer.

Unfortunately I can't get windows to open tone able to do that. It won't open in safe mode either.

So computer suddenly randomly started and tried the SFC fix.

However, it has not worked and blue screen loop has restarted.
