Inspiron 23-5348, E drive nearly full and keeps crashing

E drive nearly full and keeps crashing daily when it tries to do automatic update

Every day my computer crashes when it tries to do an automatic update and I then get 3 ‘F’ prompts.  Eventually I get it to restart.

My E drive is nearly full. I’ve cleaned it but don’t really know what it contains. ‘C’ drive has over 600 GB of space. I don't understand how I can make it bigger. Any suggestions welcome please.
