Is it possible to disable a eMMC, I put in a new M2 SSD but my inspiron still wants to boot from The eMMC, or possibly change boot order?

It is easier to have only one operating system on the new M.2 SSD than changing boot order settings.
When perform Windows installation, just delete all partitions from all storage drives, then select the new M.2 SSD as destination for installation. After the process is complete, the boot order setting should have Windows Boot Manager as first option and it would point to the boot sector on the new M.2 SSD.
Any other storage as HDD or eMMC can be prepare for use as storage.
