Inspiron 3493, webcam not found
Hey,
I just got a new Dell Inspiron 3493 via Amazon (not Dell). I found that my camera app is not working. The app reported an error 'we can't find your camera' (error code - 0xA00F4244,NoCameraAreAttached>).
On checking the Device Manager, I was unable to find any driver information related to camera or imaging devices.
Kindly help me with the same. it is essential for my day-to-day business activities.

Start with Checking if Camera is enabled in BIOS
Reboot to BIOS (F2) > System configuration > Scroll down and Ensure Camera is enabled.
Check under Device manager > Camera
Device manager > Imaging Devices
If Camera is not listed there check if any of the devices are showing under other Devices or yellow exclamation mark.
If yes there are not camera drivers for this model.
You will have to reinstall Chipset, Intel management interface drivers.
