Inspiron 3580 Intel UHD Graphics Problem
Had to re-install windows 10 and now windows won't recognize the graphics card and instead has something called Basic Display Adapter. Can't even see the Intel Card in the Device Manager. Can't install the Intel drivers, no idea what to do.
